Return & Exchange Policy

At Insignia Fabrics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with a 7-day smooth and hassle-free return/exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

1. Replacement Policy

A. Change of Mind

  • The customer must return the item at their own expense via courier.
  • Once received at our office, the replacement process will begin.
  • The customer must provide complete tracking details, including sender name, courier company, and tracking number.
  • If the new item costs less than the original, the price difference will be refunded. If it costs more, the extra amount will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD).

B. Faulty or Damaged Product

  • Minor defects: A discount will be offered if the customer agrees.
  • Severe damage (unusable product): The order will be replaced free of charge.
  • If a return is required, we will reimburse delivery charges of PKR 250/- (via Post Office).
  • If we initiate a reverse pickup, the replacement order will be dispatched after pickup is processed.

2. Refund Policy

✅ Refunds are only applicable if a customer receives a faulty product and we do not have a replacement available.
✅ In special cases, where a refund is approved by the Complaint Department, an administration fee will be deducted:

  • 15% deduction for a single product return.
  • 10% deduction for multiple product returns.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
✅ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
✅ Processing time: 5-7 business days.
